About Amazing Grace Home Health Care
Amazing Grace Home Health Care has been providing affordable high quality in-home care since 2000, to the disabled and senior populations needing assistance with short or long-term care. We are licensed by the State of New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs and accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Home Care (CAHC), for homemaker home health aide’s services or personal care assistant (PCA) services. We are certified participants in the State of New Jersey Medicaid and Department of Developmental Disability (DDD) Support Coordination programs.
